Shipping Risk:
Products are shipped at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing. Insurance options are available at an additional cost. Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Industrial products in sealed, undamaged containers can be returned within 30 days for credit toward future purchases. Damaged or contaminated products cannot be restocked. Boron compounds require hazmat certification for returns - improper returns may incur disposal fees. Defective products will be replaced with equivalent quality.
